Salted Vanilla-Caramel

Creamy white chocolate and coconut milk with hints of our french vanilla brew, and salted caramel flavor, make this a dreamy and relaxing hot drink after a long stressful day or a hard day at play!
Ingredients:

2 cups hot Lions Brew French Vanilla, brewed strong

*3/4 cup of canned, unsweetened coconut milk, (or milk of choice)

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/2 cup (3 oz.) white chocolate chips

A pinch of sea salt

Whipped cream or marshmallows, for garnish

Maple syrup, for garnish
Instructions:

Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of Lions Brew French Vanilla to the filter basket of your coffee pot, and brew with 20 ounces of water to make a strong brew.

Add the brewed Lions Brew, coconut milk, maple syrup, white chocolate chips, and sea salt in a medium saucepan set over medium-low heat. Bring mixture just under a boil, stirring until all the white chocolate melts.

Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows and drizzle with maple syrup!

*We highly recommend using this brand of coconut milk as it is so thick and creamy which adds a nice consistency to the beverage! But feel free to substitute any milk of your choice.
