French Vanilla Caramel Irish Brew

Caramel Irish Coffee made with Lions Brew

This recipe is a twist on the famous Irish coffee and makes a delightful after-dinner drink. Serve it along with our French Vanilla Fudgy Brownies!


  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey

  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur

  • 1 ounce Butterscotch schnapps

  • 2 to 3 ounces hot Lions Brew French Vanilla, brewed to taste

  • Whipped cream for garnish

  • Caramel syrup for garnish


  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Warm a mug or Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water and let it sit for a few minutes before discarding the water.

  3. Pour the Irish whiskey, Irish cream and butterscotch into the warm mug.

  4. Fill with the hot freshly brewed Lions Brew, and stir.

  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel syrup. 

  6. Serve and enjoy!
