
Ingredients:

1 cup chilled Lions Brew Tropical Coconut, brewed strong

1/2 cup of canned, sweetened coconut cream, (or heavy cream and sweetener of choice)

1 - 2 tablespoons coconut milk

1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup(depending on desired sweetness)

Ice cubes
Instructions:

Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Lions Brew Tropical Coconut to the filter basket of your coffee pot, and brew with 10 ounces of water to make a strong brew. Once it has finished brewing, add maple syrup, and place in the refrigerator until cold.

Add coconut cream and one tablespoon of coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add another tablespoon of coconut milk if it is too thick and not blending well. If using heavy cream, place heavy cream and sweetener of choice into a mixing bowl and mix until it forms soft peaks.

In a tall glass, add ice and pour in the chilled Lions Brew.

Top with prepared coconut cream or whipped cream.
