Coconut-Caramel Cold Brew

Iced Coconut Cream Brew made with Lions Brew

A simply delicious, sweet, and creamy combination of coconut and caramel that will quench your thirst and brighten your day!


  • 1 cup chilled Lions Brew Tropical Coconut, brewed strong 

  • 1/2 cup of canned, sweetened coconut cream, (or heavy cream and sweetener of choice)

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons coconut milk 

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup

  • Ice cubes


  1. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Lions Brew Tropical Coconut to the filter basket of your coffee pot, and brew with 10 ounces of water to make a strong brew. *Brew the night before and refrigerate overnight, or brew immediately and place in the refrigerator until cold.

  2. Add coconut cream and one tablespoon of coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add another tablespoon of coconut milk if it is too thick and not blending well. If using heavy cream, place heavy cream and sweetener of choice into a mixing bowl and mix until it forms soft peaks.

  3. In a tall glass, add the chilled brewed Lions Brew and caramel syrup and stir until well mixed.

  4. Add ice and top with prepared coconut cream or whipped cream. 

  5. Serve and enjoy!
