Coconut-Almond Cookie Brew

 A unique blending of coconut brew, almonds, and cookie butter, makes this an unexpected and delightful flavor experience for your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hot Lions Brew Tropical Coconut, brewed strong 

  • *1/2 cup of canned, unsweetened coconut milk, (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 cup (3 oz.) white chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter, smooth and creamy

  • 2 tablespoons cookie butter

  • Whipped cream or marshmallows, for garnish

  • Toasted coconut flakes and/or chopped almonds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of Lions Brew Tropical Coconut to the filter basket of your coffee pot, and brew with 20 ounces of water to make a strong brew.

  2. Add 2 cups of the brewed Lions Brew, coconut milk, white chocolate chips, and cookie butter to a medium saucepan set over medium-low heat. Bring mixture to just under a boil while stirring until chocolate chips and butter have completely melted. 

  3. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or marshmallows, and garnish with toasted coconut flakes or chopped almonds!

  4. Serve and enjoy!

*We highly recommend using this brand of coconut milk as it is so thick and creamy which adds a nice consistency to the beverage! But feel free to substitute any milk of your choice.
